  • Day1:  Arrival Into Delhi - Transfer To Ganges Retreat
  • Upon arrival into New Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport, you will be met personally by an enthusiastic retreat representative who shall assist you in your transfer.

    Enjoy the drive to the retreat through the incredible Himalayan foothills, lush green forestry and enchanting backdrop of the gentle tributaries of the Ganges.

    Spend the evening in relaxation and enjoying the rejuvenating environment of this beautiful area
  • Day2:  Retreat Activities
  • To initiate the activities, we begin by meeting Guruji and learn about his background in tantric yoga and the art of Kundalini. we then go over each activity, our personal goals and how we set about to achieve them.

    After this introduction we then follow the daily timetable designed to give a balanced mix of yoga, meditation, mantras and time at leisure to enjoy the amazing environment around.

  • Following the completion of the tantric yoga program, we depart the retreat camp site with fond memories and having undertaken a true journey self discovery , En route to Delhi, we stop in the spiritual city of Haridwar to absorb ourselves in this colourful city of Sadhus, temples and pilgrims. Overnight in Delhi.
  • Day8:  Delhi
  • Following breakfast, we enjoy a sightseeing tour of the historic city of Old & New Delhi with its impressive tapestry of expressive architecture and vibrancy.

    Visit the majestic Red Fort created by fiery red sandstone, then move onto India Gate, the Lotus Temple and Mahatma Gandhi's memorial garden which is both a peaceful and thought provoking experience.

    Enjoy the evening shopping at one of the best handicraft centres and Sari markets in Delhi. Following this final experience, transfer to the airport to board your return flight home.
